Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Times (UK)

• Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the UK only. If international shipping becomes available, this page will be updated.

Customs & Delays

Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
